Rules of Hotel Fazenda Reviver

Within the rules below:

⇒ Animals must be properly vaccinated and in good health.
⇒ Animals will be accepted only from small, docile and loving.
⇒ The animals will be with the owners in the apartment.
⇒ We ask that the puppy dogs do not form persistent barking and followed, calling the cooperation and common sense to the individual with other guests.
⇒ Owners should bring all utensils and containers needed to stay (food hygiene guidelines and material).
⇒ The animals in no event may move by internal and external dependencies of the hotel (Hall of public entrance, pool area and power).
⇒ Will be allowed to move your puppy on the outside of the hotel (lawns and trails). The owner is responsible for cleaning of solid and liquid waste, in addition to damages in the fit.
⇒ The owners will be responsible for any incidents / accidents caused by your pet and will reimburse any losses caused by it.
⇒ Non-compliance with these rules will allow the hotel take the liberty to suspend the stay, preserving the well being of all guests.
⇒ Will be allowed to fit an animal for a limited number throughout the hotel.

WILL BE CHARGED AT THE RATE OF R$ 120.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY REAIS) FOR THE PERIOD AS A WHOLE LAUNDRY

 

POLICY FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:

CANCELLATION OF RESERVES DURING THE WEEK AND THE END OF WEEK IN LOW SEASON.

In case of cancellation, the deposit on confirmation of booking will not be refunded in cash but in credit for hosting.

Up to 03 (three) days prior to the date of lodging, the guest will have the credit (hosting) the full amount early, provided you choose a new date at the time of cancellation.

Less than 03 (three) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer is not entitled to credit (hosting).

All outstanding credits will be used until 90 (ninety) days from the date of cancellation.

 

CANCELLATION OF PACKAGES IN LONG-TERM HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS.

In case of cancellation, the deposit on confirmation of booking will not be refunded in cash but in credit for hosting.

Up to 07 (seven) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer will have the credit (hosting) the full amount early, provided you choose a new date at the time of cancellation.

Less than 07 (seven) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer is not entitled to credit (hosting).

All outstanding credits will be used until 90 (ninety) days from the date of cancellation.

Having partial withdrawal of contracted days and being the client within the hotel will not be refunded any difference in the amount previously paid either in cash or credit for hosting.

Any outstanding balance of the contracted package, the customer shall pay in it at the hotel entrance (check the date of entry into the hotel that will be pre-dated paper apart).

The no-show guest on the day and combined time of your check in will feature the Show ", thus, the score in addition to losing the amounts paid to guarantee your reservation, should also complement the value of the package purchased because its fit was blocked by the combined period.
